Frequently Asked Questions
Once you have used all of your pints in the current month, your new allotment will reset on your next billing date. You can pick up any time during normal business hours.
Yes - you can pick up your pints at either location anytime during normal business hours.
Cancel anytime. You will have access to a membership dashboard which will allow you to manage your subscription.
If a renewal payment fails, you'll receive a notification so you can update your card. We can also help you in-store or by email.
Membership renews monthly until canceled. Pickup at either location during open hours.

We are a small town, small batch ice cream parlour offering 24 flavors of ice cream delivered in cones, specialty sundaes, milkshakes and malts.

Hours of Operation - Mt. Washington:
Monday to Friday 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Hours of Operation - Jeffersontown
Monday to Thursday 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
